The Premium Triple Room I stayed in was super clean. I appreciated the excellent condition of the facilities and the warmth of the staff. They made me feel welcomed, especially after a long day of exploring. The breakfast options were surprisingly good, offering a nice variety each morning. The location, while somewhat distant from the city center, was manageable. The tram stop just 100 meters away made it easy to get to major attractions. On the downside, parking wasn't accessible as advertised, which added stress upon arrival. The elevator service was slow, making it cumbersome with luggage. However, the overall stay still felt comfortable and enjoyable, despite these issues.

I had a delightful stay at Catalonia. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring my needs were met throughout my visit. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a restful atmosphere after my busy days. It was a pleasant surprise to find a nice variety of breakfast options each morning. Additionally, the access to public transport made it easy to reach major attractions efficiently.
The elevator service was frustratingly slow.

quiet neighborhood setting, access to public transport, nearby cultural attractions
The elevator access is frustratingly slow, making it cumbersome for those with heavy luggage!!! Also, the outdated furnishings are a significant eyesore, dragging down the overall appeal of the hotel!!! It's time for an upgrade!!!

Just a suitable option for a relaxing holiday in Brussels with good value for money. The breakfast had eggs cooked to order, which was a nice touch. Choosing to be near a tram stop can save time when exploring the city.

Perfect for a quick getaway
I appreciated the spacious room and the mini bar was a nice touch after a long walk. The staff were really friendly and accommodating when I had to change my room due to some discomfort with the original bed.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still reasonable given the amenities provided.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and super clean. I loved the comfy bed and how quiet it was—definitely helped with getting good sleep! The bathroom was a standout with great hot water pressure and a deep soaking tub, which was fantastic after a long day. Plus, the mini bar was a nice addition! A couple of times, it felt a bit warm in there, but overall, it was a cozy place to unwind.
